Payaswani

This river is a tributary to the Chandragiri. The Payaswani river originates from Patti Ghat reserve forest in Coorg district of Karnataka at an altitude of about 1,350 m above M.S.L. The river has a length of 105 km. The catchment area of the river is 1,538 sq.km. There is one CWC Hydrological Observation Station at Erinjipuzha on this river.
